9. Bookings and Scheduling
Where services require scheduling:

appointments are subject to availability;

clients are responsible for attending booked sessions;

missed appointments may be treated as completed sessions unless otherwise agreed.
Rescheduling requests should be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
10. Assessments
Business EQ®, Leadership Styles and other assessment tools are intended to support development and self-awareness.
Assessment reports are not psychological diagnoses or medical evaluations.
They should not be used as a substitute for medical, psychiatric or legal advice.
