Founder & CEO

Fay Niewiadomski

A former dean with fifty years of academic and business experience, Fay Niewiadomski is an international, award-winning change management strategist. The founder and CEO of ICTN, she coaches, consults and trains leading multinationals globally.

Fay has established schools, universities and four businesses. She has delivered thousands of experiential workshops to public and private sectors and published 500 articles on business culture and leadership.

As a Strategic Intervention & Leadership Coach, Fay works with leaders, CEOs, board members, presidents and ministers of government to meet the challenges of change within their organisations. As a Culture Transformation Consultant, she applies her expertise in advanced psychometrics, hypnotherapy and neuroscience to design and deliver bespoke programmes focused on Leadership, Strategic Communication and Business Emotional Intelligence.

The Four Journeys of a Leader is Fay's flagship leadership development programme. She is the author of Decisions that Matter: Rethink, Reimagine, Reset Your Life and The Gordian Knot: 101 Leadership Dilemmas Unravelled.

Rima Awada Zgheib

Rima is a Partner at ICTN LLP, UK, with extensive experience in sales, marketing and customer service across the MENA region and Europe. A business graduate from the Open University with a focus on Systems Thinking, she is a Certified ICTN Trainer with over a decade of training expertise and an Accredited Emotions and Behaviours at Work Facilitator. She specialises in coaching, profiling and helping professionals manage emotions and behaviours effectively, and is a certified Delivery Partner for the Game of Consequences business simulations, working with leading global healthcare organisations. Fluent in English and Arabic, Rima is recognised for her communication, facilitation and AI skills.
