Company Policies

Loyalty Cards

  1. Awarded loyalty cards are based on cashed amounts paid to ICTN during the previous year for any type of ICTN product or service.
  2. The discounts will be applicable to ICTN’s price list of all its products and / services for the year the card is awarded.
  3. If a client holds a valid ICTN Loyalty Card and registers 2+ participants for the same Public Workshop the client will receive the special group discounts that apply to Public Workshops as well as the Loyalty Card discount. Those who have purchased a Public Workshop Package (PWP) are not eligible for these discounts as they already benefit from significant discounts and free services.
  4. The E=(IC)2 Loyalty Card expires on December 31 of each year at 12:00pm
Validity one calendar year – renewal if customer spends a similar amount
Registration and Course Policies:
  1. Consulting or Training dates are reserved as soon as payment is received.
  2. Overdue payments that are not settled within a maximum of 30 days after delivery of the product or service may be subject to late payment fees of 1% per day for each day past ICTN’s 30-day ‘grace period’.
  3. For Certificates of Completion issued on approved names, modification for any certificate will cost the Client USD 10 per certificate, plus packaging and postage fees.
  4. ICTN will not issue a certificate for any participant who is away for 1/3 or more of the session time.
  5. ICTN Course outlines are tentative and may be subject to change based on clearly identified & mutually agreed upon client needs.
Cancellation Policies for In-House Training and Consultancy Projects:
  1.  Cancellations by the client two weeks before the assigned date are charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the original invoice. Clients cancelling services one week before the assigned date are charged the full amount of the invoice.
  2. Any cancellations made by ICTN will result in a full refund on any payment made by the client. 

Cancellation Policies for Public Workshops (Full- length and Bite-sized):

  1. In case a nominated delegate is unable to attend the workshop for any reason, a substitute delegate will be welcome 
  2. If there is no substitute delegate and the cancellation is made one week prior to the workshop, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. 
  3. If the cancellation is made less than one week prior to the workshop, the full fee will be due.
 Complaints Policy
ICTN takes complaints very seriously and deals with them at the highest decision-making level in the company, usually the CEO. If you have a complaint (or would like to request a refund), please call the Business office at
