Office Management - Be a Pro

Executive administrators are far removed from the secretaries of yesterday. The prevalence of computers in today`s offices has expanded the role of executive assistants, allowing them to take on more complex, challenging and rewarding tasks. Executive administrative assistants perform fewer clerical tasks than secretaries do. Executive Administrators schedule meetings and arrange conference calls. They also conduct research, prepare statistical reports, train other employees and may even do some hiring and supervising of other clerical staff.

This two-day workshop will introduce the concept of what a true Expert Administrative Executive should know and be able to do on a daily basis.
