Facilitating Conflict & Making Positive Interventions (To Do or Not to Do?)
“Bite-Size” workshops are three (3) hours long and designed to provide the maximum value in the minimum time.
All of us experience conflict. We argue with our spouses, disagree with our friends, and sometimes even quarrel with strangers at a sports event. At times we lose sight of the fact that all this conflict is normal. So long as people are individuals there will be the potential for conflict. Leaders must be able to facilitate conflict and make appropriate interventions when required. However, the question always remains - when is it necessary and how best to make the intervention? This workshop is focused on how to make a successful intervention and when not to intervene by understanding:
- The definition of Conflict & Types of Conflict
- Spontaneous and Reflective Action
- Stages of Conflict
