Duration: Bite Size

Workshop Description

The Art of Communication: Why is it an Art?

“Bite-Size” workshops are three (3) hours long and designed to provide the maximum value in the minimum time.

Effective communication is a top priority in the business world. It provides a means by which members of an organization can share information, coordinate activities, and make decisions both inside and outside of their spheres of influence. If not managed well, the results of communication can be disappointing and costly. People do not see our intentions; they interpret our verbal and non verbal messages thought their own mental filters and models of the world. No one can afford not to develop their communication skills to the highest level possible.
This workshop discusses essential issues such as:

  • Why Interpersonal Communication is an art with a lot of related science?
  • Interpersonal Communication is a Dynamic, Cybernetic Process.
  • Interpersonal Communication cannot be standardized because people are different.
