We are negotiating almost all the time because when someone is in control of what we want and we still try to satisfy our needs, negotiation takes place. In most cases it can be a healthy process where both parties come out winners. However, there is a possibility that you will get involved in a dilemma without identifying the opportunity for negotiation.
