A true customer oriented and focused culture can only be reached by first benchmarking to define who the best is, who sets the standards, and what those standards are. It allows you to recognize who carries out the business process very well and has process applications that are appropriate to your own organization. Furthermore, you must understand how customer expectations vary and how to adjust the existing systems and procedures to meet this change. This workshop identifies:
