Workshop Description

 Leading and Managing Volunteers

Do you face challenges to recruit your volunteers? Your volunteers are engaged but lack direction? Or worse, volunteers come to you for the wrong reasons and so create retention and sustainability problems for your organization. How can you make the most of your volunteer program? Your organization’s success depends heavily on attracting the right kind of volunteers and how well they perform. This workshop is designed for participants who want to develop their leadership and management skills specifically with volunteers.  If you can successfully lead and manage volunteers, you can handle some of the most challenging management and leadership situations.

This workshop aims to provide proper guidelines for the establishment and management of a volunteer program. Participants will acquire the necessary managerial and leadership skills needed to engage volunteers in the organizations and under any situation.
