The Process Management workshop is dedicated to those who want to improve their professional skills on process management. The workshop is addressed to managers from all levels, project managers, consultants responsible for the creation of new business processes, and those who are involved in theimplementation of new or existing process within their company.

Objectives

• Properly define a business process
• Master key methods of process modeling and process optimization
• Conduct process pre-diagnostics skillfully; to create a system of process measurement
• Identify the ‘Root Causes’ properly in order to improve the process
• Communicate knowledge and tools in order to create and select an appropriate decision scenario
• Design a pilot improvement program
• Introduce permanent change to processes in order to attain permanent improvement

This workshop will benefit individuals who wish to improve their project management skills related to process improvement. In particular: project managers, quality managers, engineering managers, internal or external consultants responsible for creating business processes, individuals who are involved in implementing new processes or improving existing ones in their organization.

• Know the principles, strategy and application of Lean and Kaizen Events
• Know the roles and responsibilities of a Lean Facilitator
• Help Lean Champion select/prioritize projects
• Work with Lean Champion to design a pilot improvement program
• Master key methods of process modeling and process optimization
• Conduct process pre-diagnostics skillfully; to create a system of process measurement
• Identify the ‘root causes’ properly in order to improve the process
• Communicate knowledge and tools
• Be able to help and support team members utilize Lean tools
• Lead and facilitate Kaizen Events
• Lead a Lean program in your organization
