Objectives

 This workshop allows you to: 

1. Situate HRP as a critical component of strategic HR, by identifying who needs to be hired, what they need to know, when they should join the company and how many of them are needed in order to fully utilize the economic capacity of the company.

2. Ascertain and identify critical shortages of skilled staff, and take corrective action through timely recruitment thus preventing production breakdowns and drops in performance.

3. Integrate managerial succession planning by identifying and developing potential managers.

4. Use best-in-class tools, techniques and interviewing methods to accurately specify job requirements and select the best fit candidates.

5. Follow the steps involved in the HR planning process. Understand what goes into each step of the planning process.
