What problems do you face when your Administrative Executive does not complete all the daily tasks? How often do you have to correct mistakes made with customers or internal staff? How will it improve your organization’s reputation and image if the Administrative Executive’s work quality improves, fewer mistakes are made and he/she is able to communicate effectively with customers and internal staff members?

Executive administrators are far removed from the secretaries of yesterday. The prevalence of computers in today`s offices has expanded the role of executive assistants, allowing them to take on more complex, challenging and rewarding tasks. Executive administrative assistants perform fewer clerical tasks than secretaries do. Executive Administrators schedule meetings and arrange conference calls. They also conduct research, prepare statistical reports, train other employees and may even do some hiring and supervising of other clerical staff. This one-day workshop will introduce the concept of what a true Expert Administrative Executive should know and be able to do on a daily basis.
